The platform
It stays exactly where you left it.
Set a layout in the software and every Sentenal drives itself into position and holds. No anchors, no chase boats. When you want it to move, it moves.

On station
It holds. That's the point.
Holding position is the one job the navigation has, and it does it all day, in wind and chop. Unlike an anchor, when you want it to move, it moves.
Modular
Swap, don't scrap.
Every Sentenal comes apart into parts you can carry. If something breaks, you swap the part, not the platform. Replacement parts ship in one to two weeks.

"They're so simple that you don't even need an instruction book. It's intuitive how they're put together, it's intuitive how to look after them, they're completely modular."Paula Minnekin, regional race officer, Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron. The video is edited from a longer interview.
After racing
Retrieve. Wash. Stack. Sorted.
They drive themselves home. One habit after that: wash it down with fresh water. No servicing schedule and no specialist tools. Platforms stack for storage.
